Question 1

What is Bookarnia

Accepted Answer

Bookarnia offers unique personalized books for children, created from a child's photo so they become the main character of the story.

Question 2

Who are the books suitable for?

Accepted Answer

Our personalized books are suitable for children and teenagers from 1 to 17 years old. We create stories for different age groups. Some of our books are also suitable for adults up to 40 years old.

Question 3

How is a personalized book created?

Accepted Answer

After choosing a story, you fill out a short form with the child's name and age and upload a photo. You can preview the first pages before payment. After payment, we create your unique book. You will have an opportunity to edit each page of the book by regenerating the image without limitations.

Question 4

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Choose a story on our website, click "Personalize", fill out the child questionnaire, review the order and pay. We will then create your unique book.

Question 5

What photo should I use?

Accepted Answer

Use a photo where the child's face looks natural: good lighting, no hats or glasses, clear facial features. The system uses the photo to personalize the character in the book.

Question 6

Are any of the materials used to create books, or books themselves made public?

Accepted Answer

We value your privacy, therefore we do not publish photos of your children, you, or the books on our publicly available resources without your consent. We may occasionally ask for your consent to publish materials on our social media networks and/or in promotional materials, and will only use them with your permission. The same applies to reviews sent to us directly in private communication: we will only publish written reviews and/or screenshots of communication after receiving your consent.

Question 7

Do you deliver to my country?

Accepted Answer

We deliver internationally. Exact shipping cost and delivery times are shown when you place your order.

Question 8

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Creating a personalized book takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times depend on your region and the selected shipping option.
