Public offer

for concluding a service agreement

This document is an official proposal (public offer) of Limited Liability Company "Pion Lab" (LLC "Pion Lab"), OGRN 1205400010100, INN 5406804611, represented by an authorized representative, acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", to conclude an agreement for the provision of information and/or digital services on the terms set forth below.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Offer is an official public proposal of the site https://skazkisomnoi.ru (далее — «Сайт») любому дееспособному лицу, принявшему условия настоящей Оферты (далее — «Пользователь»).

1.2. Acceptance of the Offer terms is carried out by paying for services provided on the Site.

1.3. From the moment of acceptance, this agreement is considered concluded in simple written form, without the need for its signing by the parties.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Contractor provides the User with services specified on the Site, including access to audio content, fairy tales, podcasts and other digital materials for children and parents, on the terms set forth in this Offer.

2.2. The specific list, cost and conditions of service provision are determined on the Site pages.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

3.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

  • Provide access to services selected and paid for by the User in accordance with the description on the Site.
  • Ensure proper quality of provided services.

3.2. The User undertakes to:

  • Provide reliable data when placing an order.
  • Pay for services in full in accordance with the selected tariff.
  • Not transfer their credentials to third parties.

3.3. The Contractor has the right to:

  • Make changes to the Site functionality and content.
  • Unilaterally change the terms of this Offer with mandatory publication of the current version on the Site.
  • Terminate User access to services in case of violation of the terms of this Offer.

4. Cost and payment procedure

4.1. The cost of services is determined in accordance with tariffs posted on the Site at the time of order placement.

4.2. Payment is made through payment systems specified on the Site.

4.3. The moment of payment is considered the receipt of funds to the Contractor's account.

5. Liability

5.1. The parties bear responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.2. The Contractor is not responsible for the impossibility of using services caused by actions of third parties, equipment or software failure on the User's side.

6. Personal data

6.1. The User gives consent to processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.

6.2. The Contractor undertakes to use personal data exclusively for service provision purposes and compliance with Russian Federation legislation.

7. Other conditions

7.1. This Offer comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Site and is valid until its withdrawal by the Contractor.

7.2. All disputes arising in the framework of this agreement execution are subject to resolution in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.3. Invalidity of one of the Offer provisions does not entail invalidity of the entire Offer.
